Honda Civic with small amount of hail damage. How much would you pay?

It is a black honda civic ex and the kbb value for an undamaged one is 19,500. It has one larger dent on the roof and two or three hard to see dents on the hood and trunk very unnoticable. How much would you pay for it?
It is new 2008 with 8 miles on it
