My honda civic isn't turning on the battery is fine I checked all the fuses I have half a tank of gas the starter has been tested and is fine, when I turn the key the engine doesn't turn which is why the car doesn't turn on I think it is the ignition switch, what do you guys think? And I can pop start it and it work fine the only problem is I can turn it on with the key
