Honda Civic Smoking Don't Know Why?

I have a 1997 Honda civic lx. When the car is cold it smokes like a bluish and whitish color. Also I made a trip from NJ to NC before I made the trip I changed the oil. When I got to NC the car had no oil so am guessing is an oil leak or something. Need help on this.

needs rings, the smoke burning oil. the oil ring are to scrape the oil on the cyl walls back down instead their letting the go pass
