Honda Civic SI 2000 horn problems?

I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si....I recently got my fender repaired on the driver side at an autobody...anyways. since I've got my car back, when I drive over bumps my horn goes off and sometimes for a really long time (beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeppppppp!!!!)...the only way I get it to turn off is if I hit my steering wheel w/ my fist...........So, my questions are: How do I fix this? What is causing this problem? and Should the autobody I went to fix my car be held responsible
 
there is this spring inside the steering wheel it makes contact and then diconnects when you want to beep beep you should check it its easy to fix it maybe not in its place just put it in its place and it will be fine good luck
