I'm considering purchasing a 1997 Honda Civic DX. This model does not have the Vtec engine.
I was wondering if I should pursue the higher end (and more expensive) EX model that does have the VTEC. Does it make that much of a difference?
Is the regular non-VTEC engine really that slow?
