i replaced my head and seals on my honda d15.. after i pluged everything in, and put coolant/oil back in i tryed to start it. all it does is making this weired noise and it smells like something electrical is burning! i need help fast! all the spark plug wires are in correctly, o2 sensor, intake manifold is on, the little black connector from the ecu on the left side is pluged in
