Honda Civic - MP3 track shuffle?

I have a India model Honda Civic 1.8 V MT 2009 which has a 6 CD mp3 changer. The CD player is different from the one shown in Owners manual - I think it is an older model player in teh car. The problem is there is no track shuffle option. There are only Scan and Sel/Display buttons in addition to CD 1,2.... and forward and reverse. Does anyone know how to shuffle the tracks while playing? The model shown in owners manual has a menu button which will allow to set Random play. But in the actual unit teher is no menu option.

(and I asked the showroom folks and they do not know).
