I drive a 2001 Honda Civic, and recently when I have been driving while the engine is still cold (starting it and immediatly driving up to about 5 minutes) the car is making a whining noise which becomes louder when I turn and then calms back down. This goes away after the car has fully warmed up. About 9 months ago I had a timing belt change, all fluids and oil changed, basically the whole deal check up. I take very good care of my car and do not drive roughly, or drive much at all, about 5000 miles a year. This noise has been happening for about a month now. Any ideas to what it might be? And costs associated with possible problems? Thanks!
