Honda Civic Lowering Question...?

I have a 1996 honda civic EX two door coupe. I have some (probably 15 or 16 inch) 2004 fat five civic wheels on it, and I want to drop the car a little to make it look aggressive. Im on a very low budget, and I will most certainly not be racing it at all.

I found some lowering springs on ebay. They aren't super expensive, but are in my price range, and the description says they are designed to replace OEM springs, which basically means they will work on the stock strut/shocks.

The description says it lowers 2.0" drop in the front and 1.65" in the rear.

The only reason I want them on is for more of an aggresive look.

1. So will this drop it very low?

2. And will I have any problems (like with the stock shocks and such, because it said it would replace the OEM springs). I was planning on installing them myself (getting a spring compressor and all the tools needed)
