Honda Civic Esi Sump LEAK?

i have a d16z6 engine. i found a small leak from the engine sump tried tightening the bolts but still leaks.
im gonna change it so will the exhaust manifold need to be removed to access some of the bolts?
and are there any other things i should be aware of before starting?
