Honda civic electrical problem (nothing works related to power)?

Okay I have a 96 Honda civic 4dr. Slowly it started to act stupid for no apparent reason. First the D for driver started flashing...Okay I know that means the transmission is shot, only thing is the transmission is fine and shifts perfectly without problem. After the "D flashes" the guages went out and stop working.

After that it stayed with that situation for a good few months. Car drove perfectly fine except for the problems mentioned above, so I wasn't sweating it.

Then about a good month ago the power windows and locks stopped working to go along with a nonstop running engine fans, and a horn the does not honk. Did I mention the alarm does not shut the hell up ever? I had to cut the alarm ground just to shut it up and I have to disconnect the battery everyday so the fans dont kill my battery.

I know its one big problem rather then a bunch of individual problems. Because these problems are all to close together to be individual problems. I know how to fix each problem individualy but I know its not that. I know the fan problems are relays, the power windows and locks could be bad motors, guages just go bad, horns are fuses.

Also the radio and speakers work fine...
That and none of the fuses are blown (they were but I replaced all of the ones that were but that fixed nothing.)

Anyone have any suggestions to what the hell is going on?

Could be your battery, battery connections, wires, alternator, inspect for loose wires and connections. Mice love to chew wires. Check for shorts in the electrical system. Look for frayed wires, I had my cigarette lighter short out my system cause mice chewed the other end of it.
Best to take it in before anything gets damaged. Most likely something shorting out on you.
