honda civic ek help motor?

my civic when i start it the check engine light comes on. when i drive it it feels like it has no power at all what could it be before i take in in to the shop??? what sensor could have came unplugged??? please help possible things gone wrong??? thank you.....ps i love my car :D
 
I can't say what it is but you can take it to auto zone and have it checked for free with an OBD reader to tell you what the problem maybe.
 
will more power and less problem is to remove the engine and add a B16 ENGINE, NOW thats power baby ahah
