Honda Civic door problem?

My rear doors on my 97 Honda Civic will not open from the outside. What parts do I need to replace?
 
Open the door from the inside, when open look in the door jams on the door, are the child safety locks switch's on? This is there to prevent kids from opening the doors (from the inside) when driving. Look there, if not there then pull the door panel and see if the linkage rods fell off.
