Hi there Yanswers! well, next month my dad promised to buy me a car of my choice since I never really got to pick my own car.
Well my sister's friend's friend was selling his 370Z and my dad offered to buy me it. However, I'd feel super guilty driving that expensive car around. And especially the rate of insurance will be off the roof!
So I've been looking around. Right now, I drive my dad's 1999 7series bmw. It eats up way too much gas. Also the car is extremely long! I hate filling up at the gas pump. So I was planning to get a hybrid of some sort, but i heard the maintenance cost and battery replacement is extremely expensive. So I decided to go with a fuel efficient gasoline car.
I decided to get an 8th Generation Civic. I plan to drive it in a manual stick shift. Since it gets great mpg, and relatively the same for the coupe and sedan, I can't choose. I do understand the coupe will be more on insurance, but I just don't want to drive long cars for a bit.
So I was wondering if anyone has driven either or? I would like their inputs? Hopefully they're fun to drive?
I am wondering how the manual is on the sedan? I would think it would be a bit awkward since a sedan is more family oriented. Thanks for your inputs!
