Here is the situation..
I'm getting my first car in a month & it's my parents 2005 Honda Civic EX. (I'm not looking to rice it out.)
I understand that this car is slow as hell. But what would be the best/cheapest ways to give it more horsepower? Nothing too major like an engine swap. And how much HP would I gain?
(And if it was up to me, I would be all over a Mustang.. but its not.)
