Honda civic 2009 ex-l with navigation $20620 a good price to pay?

Hi I finally got a quote from my dealer for. 09 civic ex-l coupe is this a good price? It does not include taxes and paperwork fees. Also I am planning to get the car on loan, is $4000 a decent down payment? What is the best apr deal I can get? Is it better to get financed through the dealer or should I do it myself thorough bank?
