Honda Civic 2001 high pitch squeeling sound in idle and first gear.?

I have a Honda Civic 2001, when it is in idle it sounds occasionally like birds chirping, and again more than often, but not EVERY time, it squeels real loud in idel and through first gear and then stops- isn't a problem after that. The timing belt, all belts, and a/c pulley assembly w/bearing kit were replaced including the clutch face plate a few weeks ago prior to me getting the car. It tends to be worse or start out more often when the A/C is on. Any idea what it might be? I'm hoping its just a belt tension problem thats a simple fix. Thanks for helping!
