Honda civic 2000-2003(not sure) turbo installation?

i want to put a turbo into a Honda civic 2000-2003, not exactly sure what year, and i need to know what i need to put in the engine to make it sutible for a turbo. i have a site that i can buy the proper turbo for it.
i know this is a stupid question, but what makes that noise, like in fast and furious movies, that you here when they shift gears or top rmp when reving?
 
Much easier and more effective to supercharge it, turbo installations have all kinds of problems not least the extra heat which needs to be taken care of and the lubrication and cooling of the turbo itself
