honda cg electric problem?

hi,the electrics on my cg are buggered,all the lights are very dim even when you rev it,i charged the battery again and it was ok for a while except for the headlight being useless still.

fuse is ok aswell,what is wrong with it and what can i do to fix it?

also how would i go about fitting a inline fuel filter
