I'm looking for the best handling, comfort and reliability between the three. I want better than average speed and a comfortable ride for a passenger, too,so feel free to recomend another sportbike, but those aren't priority. Also,if you can get the same specs in a cheaper(or american-made) sportbike i'd appreciate it,for my grandpa's sake.
That's enough lecturing,I said "best" not "good". Practical or not,I'd like the best I can get from a sportbike from each category.

The Suzuki GSXRs are popular not because they are the fastest sportbike (the daytona and ZX6R take that title) and not because they have the best race handling ( R6) but because they are much easier to ride compared to the other supersports... they all have very similar power anyway (bar the Daytona) - the suzuki is by far the most beginner friendly supersport, its also got a more comfortable seat for pilion passengers in my experience, a more forgiving engine, beginner friendly handling (unlike the R6 which is race handling and would be hard for a supersport noob)

Ducatis are ussually insanely expensive for what you get, the CBR is good if your experienced and know what your doing but i wouldnt recommend it for a new driver

When i say beginner i mean someone whos driven propper bikes before, i would never recommend a 600 to a beginner... Suzuki also seem to be much more reliable

The first two answers are absolutely right. #1 - in most cases, comfort and sports bikes don't mix. I have a CBR 600RR, trust me its not for comfort, but it was better than other sports bikes. Seats were much more comfy. It can handle a passenger but really isn't optimal handling. That is true for all sports bikes. Hope that helped (a little). Sorry, but cannot give you opinions on the others since I don't know.
