honda cbr 125 (skipping) ?

i have a honda cbr 125 (05) and for some reason when i ride home from work my bike seems to skip and rev a little bit even if im going at a constant speed and i am assuming that it is because it doesn't have a long enough time to warm (about 10 mins) whereas in the morning it has 15 minutes
