Honda CBR 125 (2005)- Front lights and horn dont work?

I have a 2005 Model Honda CBR 125R. Ive recently bought it and the only electric bits which do not work is the horn, and the front lights. (Everything else works fine!). I would take it to a garage, but I havnt got any money at the moment. Has anyone had this too? Please help me find out whats wrong!

I have checked the fuse box, every time a new fuse goes in, it blows. :(
 
Check the fuse box for a blown fuse, check the wiring connection to the main wire harness. I have never seen a bad horn ,so chances are something is disconnected or is not getting power at all.
 
if a fuse blows everytime you put it in, then you have a short. Check for wires that have the insulation worn off..commonly it happens around the steering head where the steering stops are, sometimes wires will get between the stops and the frame causing the insulation to wear off...also there might be a loose ground, randomly getting a connection. check for loose bolts where the grounds are.
