Honda Break Question ??? Accord ex '94?

the dealer screwed me , a day after buying it the front breaks locked up , i had to bleed them from the front.

Its only the front ones that lock up.

I replaced the break hoses, calipers ,and the master cylinder. the discs are fine.

basically you can drive it for a few miles then after a while it starts to lock up,
