honda battery problems?

i have a 02 civic LX with 83k miles, saturday night i went out, went back to car and it didn't start, wouldn't even turn over, the lights wouldn't come on or the radio, the next morning we try to jump it, the lights came on and the engine tried but no luck, insurance roadside assistance guy tried to jump it no luck, said the battery was dead so we got a new battery and it was fine, tonight the engine wouldn't turn over but the lights came on, tried to jump it no luck, i have a brand new battery what could be the problem? thanks
 
make sure that all the connections on the battery are cleane and tight if everything is find you might have a starter problem, check the starter and see what happens but first step is to check all the connections.
