Honda B20 Rev limiter?

Planing to build a honda B20 engine for my 1988 honda prelude. This will be my second import engine (i tend to stick with chevy engines). I have intended to have my Honda motor have a power-band around 6750- 7500 rpm for heads up drag racing. Is there any aftermarket ignition system or mod chip that will allow me to raise the computerized rev limiter in my Honda Prelude to 8500 rpm?
