honda b15d7 with d16z6 head massive oil consumption runs terrible HELP!?

ok so i recently bought a 94 civic, auto, with the d15b7 that had a mini-me swap done (d16z6 head) i was givin another head with the car that has had a valve job done and been machined, etc. i was told the valve seals on the head currently on the vehicle were bad but car was still driveable, well i drove about 75 miles and used 6 gallons of gas, once doin about 65-70 in 4th gear the car would slowly lose speed until downshifting and speeding itself up, then it would go back into 4th and slowly lose speed even if you press the gas. i stopped and checked the oil and it was a quart low after 75 miles(i checked it before i left my house and it was full) so i put a quart in it and 20 bucks in the gas tank and drove about 50 miles home (the whole time suffering from the same loss of speed in 4th gear as mentioned before), checked the oil and it was a quart low again, and the gas tank was almost on E, i put oil in it and drove to a buddies and barely made it, every time i have to come to a stop when accelerating the car would almost die and would not even move a foot or two, i held the gas for about a minute and 30 seconds before the car finally accelerated, now that i got it home if i start it it idles rough, and will not move (i had to trailer it home) its in the garage now and im not sure what the problem is, the spark plugs all looked terrible so i replaced them but bought plugs for the d15b7 instead of the d16z6 which i found out if you have that head you need thos plugs idk if the plugs are different or just the gap? but i shined a flashlight into the spark plug hole there seems to be a light film of oil on top of the pistons and is also blowing oil out the exhaust when reved, while the car is in nuetral you can rev it up in rpms but with hesitation, when in gear it will not gain any rpms.....am i looking at more than one problem? could the valve seals cause all that? would really like to not pull the motorbut the rings might be shot? im not sure i know absolutely nothing about hondas, never had a problem like this before i am a dsm guy but recently got a honda and am lost any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
