My jet ski sucked up some gravel in shallow water. I shut it off ASAP. Started it up in deeper water. I heard the gravel being pushed out. I ran it back to the boat ramp, but it would only max out at 54mph, normally maxes out at 60-61 mph. I am new to PWC's. I have done nothing to it yet. Should I flush it out? What should I inspect? What do I need to do to makes sure gravel is out? How do I check the cooling system? Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
