Honda accord won't start?

I have a 1994 Honda accord after putting fuel in it, it would not start it was trying to start but wouldn't turn over. I was told it was the fuel pump so I had that replaced it is still doing the same thing I took off the distributor cap clear everything out checked the timing belt all fine yet still won't turn over checked the fuses and battery all fine. Does any one know what could be going on and how to check replace fix thanks
