I have a 2000 reg honda accord 2.0 vtec, the engine management light is on and when i start the car there is no choke, the revs stay low on a start and when cold starting it generally cuts out until it has warmed up a little then stabilizes.
The other thing I had done was the handbrake, calibers and pads yesterday by a mechanic, he changed the pads and adjusted the calipers, i didnt test drive the car, handbrake worked fine after he left. But when I push the foot brake in it just goes in like a cusion of air, and is not at all responsive or sharp.
I will call him back today to get that sorted.
I am thinking about buying one of tose odb2 diagnostics kits from ebay anyone know whether they are any good?
One thing I noticed was when I push the brake in the rev's go up a little, anyone got any advice please.
