Honda accord quality?

i am looking at the honda accord and i am finding some that have close to 50K miles on it and i don't know...

how much longer will it last?
150 k?
200k?
 
If it's well maintained, 200k miles would be easy

I've seen many Accords and other Honda models with well over 200k miles
