I have a 2004 Honda Accord Coupe EX 2.4 liter I4 with a 5 speed manual gearbox. I usually get around 28 to 30 MPG, I drive both city and highway pretty evenly. I only got 22 MPG this trip when I deliberatley used higher gears at lower speeds, used neutral more than usual, and I got WORSE gas milage. How and why is this possible?
