honda accord door lock actuator..I need some information...?

Okay, this is what has been done..BACKGROUND: I had problem with my external door one day, i don't know if somebody was trying to steal my car or not, but one day i got out of sams and my door was not working all of a sudden...I also had problems locking and unlocking..This is what I did..I WENT TO HONDA DEALER and bought a external door handle an a actuator replace both of them but i'm still having problems opening the door. I think the latch assembly is getting stuck somehow..when i use a key doesn't work, i try unlocking from the button and doesn't work either..electrical doesn't work...the only way that this thing unlocks in playing with the little piece that moves up and down..until unlocks..sometimes it does lock all of them sudden. I'm guessing i should replace the latch assembly..RIGHT?? This would be my last piece???OR NOT????
What's the easiest way to removed the ROD from the door handle...

NEW ACTUATOR,NEW DOOR EXTERNAL HANDLE..
