Honda Accord brake is like mush after replacing rear drum brakes?

I replaced my rear drum brakes and now I have to pump my car's brakes to stop the car...on the first pump it goes all the way to the floor and after that about halfway then on the third time it will start to stop the car. I accidentally had brake fluid come out of the cylinder when I was changing the drum...


HELP ASAP PLEASE!!!
It's an 03 honda accord lx 4 cylinder 4 door
