Ive done the error code test using a paperclip and the ECM circuit, but I'm wondering if this error is safe to drive on for a long holiday trip (traveling to the folks for Christmas). I know very little about car engines and not a car shop in town is open. The car drives alright and had a jiffy lube oil change on Thanksgiving. All help is appreciated.
I did more research and the code 12 has to do with something called EGR. Thats something like "Exhaust Gas Recirculation"
