Honda Accord 2008 V6 EX?

i'm looking into cars, and i see this one with 28,000 mileage. i haven't seen the car in person yet, but is 4,500/5,000 a bad price on it? i mean this is a honda 2008. i'm expecting it to be like 15,000 at the least. i'm guess theres major damage on it? the outside looks fine. but there is no pictures of the inside
 
It must have been in a wreck or have a salvage title. $5,000 is a little cheap for that vehicle. I would look into it further and determine why they are selling it for cheap.
