...i.e. 91 or 95? The manufacturer manual says 91 or higher octane gas to be used, my question is that does it really helps the engine to clean carbon in the combustion chamber or is there any overall benefit in producing more power (bhp) by the engine when Octane 95 is used instead of 91?

Please answer considering cost difference as not an issue.

The difference between the gas octane levels is stopping something called detonation or "knock". This is when the combustion process begins before it is supposed to due to intense heat in the engine. The higher level octane the better it prevents "knock". The difference would only come into play if you were to drive the car aggressively and get high in the RPM range alot. When the engine sees "knock" it pulls timing to stop it from happening, this in turn protects the enigne but causes a loss in performance. When driving casually there will be basically no difference.
