Honda accord 2005 cant get screen in front to work after battery change?

i have a 05 honda accord i live in a hick town with no honda dealerships after we changed the battery the touch screen in dash only says "checkdisk door" checked the dvd thing in trunk and cd thing got nothing so idk what to do please
