i just reached 100k in my 03 honda accord.. i keep up w. my oil changes.. what are the absolute necessary things i should do at this point for my car?? shocks?? what fluids should i flush?? i want to try and spend at little as possible but not neglect my car? thanks.

ok do a transmission flush. change your timing belt ASAP timing belts SNAP overtime and there supposed to be done at the 90k intervals.and most honda's water pumps are in with the timing belt and recomended to do that to at the same time also most shops wont change a timing belt without you changing the water pump also. and what jim said isnt true honda's can run over 400+ with just oil changes and new timing belts. with proper maintenance probably pushing near 600k+

Shocks would be good, flush the car any Ignition wires and hoses and even your thrmostat aswell as your usual maintenance, do all this and you can get the car to go up to 200k
