Honda Accord 20000 v6 / Comptech supercharger?

I am planning to start small on my 2000 J30A1 upgrade. thinking of
CAi, High flo Cat, J32A2 cam swap, throttle body, 50- 75 shot NOS.
trans cooler.
With a comptech supercharger which of the above would have to go?
