Honda Accord 2000 CHECK ENGINE LIGHT HELP!!!!!!!!!!!?

I have a honda accord 2000 couple 4 cylinders engine is 2.3L this has the check engine light on and it is driving me crazy i have tried everything. I replaced the Oxegen Sensor (the top one) the one that comes before the cat. I took it to this mechanic to plug in the computer that telles u wut it is n that wut came up but it wasnt it hasnt cleard i took it bak the guy tried clearing it and in seconds it came rite bak. i tried replacing the bottom sensor n nothing happend it tried changing the engine gaskets but nothing PLS HELP i have ran out of ideas. N I NEED IT TO CLEAR CUS I NEED TO DO MY SOMG CHECK
it said it was the fuel sensor meter which the guy said it was the top oxegen sensor
