Honda Accord 1991 should i buy this car?

i found some guy selling a 1991 Honda accord. the inside is nice and the engine seems good. it had high mileage around 150,000 but they recently did an engine swap. i drove it around and it didn't jerk nor vibrate. there asking for 1000.00 $. should i buy it? by the way thats all i have on me lol.
 
Check on Edmunds.com or NADA.com. It sounds pretty high for a car that old.150,000 miles on a Honda is nothing if the oil changes were kept up regularly.
