I have bought a TRX300 that does not show any sign of electrical life. the battery has been changed and the fuses checked. But power does not reach the ignition switch as it should in the wiring diagram, nor does anything electrical on the quad, lights etc. There is a part missing however.
I have looked up the wiring harness online but I can only find the pre-98 version. where the CDI unit has changed to an 8way connector in the 98 model onwards. Out in front, under the plastics, there are 2 male push-on terminals coming from the harness at the same place as the CDI plug, but the component is missing, what is it? and where can I get one? and what is wrong with the stupid thing? lol
