Hometown Buffet, do people mess with the food?

I was thinking about going there, but I have a strong feeling that the kids who work there mess with the food. Does anyone know the likelihood of this? Will I end up going there and eating mashed potatoes with extra "cream"? Bleh, I hope I'm not just paranoid.
 
When I worked there I puked in the vegetables, pooped in the meatloaf, and peed in the jello and lemonade.

So...no. They won't do anything.
