I live in a building with 4 flats on each floor and recently my neighbour got out all of her old and used furniture and just left it on the hallway. It is really rusty and probably full of bugs and other bacteria, so is there a law that says anything about covering the old furniture while renovating, or about forcing people to actually take it away to a special place?
I killed 2 bugs last night as big as my finger, so I'm going berserk about health issues (and cleaning, in general
).
I know where to make a complaint but i would like to find the exact European legislation before doing so. Please help, I'd really appreciate it ^.^
