home remedies for dry, flaky skin?

My skin is dry and flaking. I have been using AcneFree Severe, which is marvelous at clearing blemishes, but is super drying to my face. any household items i can use to help moisturize it? i don't want to stop using this product since it's the only thing that's ever worked for me
