Home Project- What would be a good, easy, interesting ancient civilization to study on?

In my home project i also have to include- The Laws, Customs, Way of life, Religion, Special Features of that civilization and any interesting facts. We can choose between Mayan, Egyptian, Greek, Roman, incan or if there are any others. I am sort of going towards Egyption but i want to see what you guys think! =D
