Well about a week ago, our home phone (only one of them[we have two]) started randomly ringing.. i go to answer the phone. and its a dialtone. i dont understand whats happening with my phones, the other phone will work, but it dosnt seem to get the call like the other phone, whats happening? we are with bell.
