We are replacing our Heating oil system with a
geothermal/ground energy system. As few will
even quote home insurance with an oil system,
we thought we would get a better insurance cost
with this new system. But the calculators we have
tried don't have geothermal as a heating option
(a few have solar which does not apply). With no
fuel to burn, would the fire premium also be
lowered with less risk? M.
