R Rob K New member Mar 28, 2010 #1 I saw the chuck norris home gym which looks okay but doesnt seem to be any way to bulk up thigh and calf muscles which along with arms is what I want to build up. Anyone recommend a home gym that can do that or do I need to go the proper gym
