I want to get a bigger chest, bigger shoulders, bigger arms, & bigger legs
I already have 40lb adjustable dumbells (and have been using them for 3 months) and thats all I have, I think its time for me to buy more equipment soooooo
So please tell me what other equipment should I buy to help me get bigger?
